We are proud to say that our BMW team has once again earned BMW’s highest honor as a dealership – the 2023 Center of Excellence Award.
Out of 349 BMW dealerships in the U.S., BMW of Sioux Falls is 1 of 32 BMW dealerships to win this award in 2023. In fact, this is the fourth consecutive win for our team. We won the Center of Excellence in 2019, 2020, 2022 and 2023 (there was no award in 2021 due to COVID).
The award recognizes dealerships who excel in overall customer satisfaction and operational performance. All areas of the dealership combine into an ultimate buying experience. Sales, service and parts need to be excelling in their areas to become an elite dealer.
