Today, we'd like to introduce you to Paul Willett, a Sales Consultant here at BMW of Sioux Falls on W. 12th Street.

Question: How long have you been part of the Luxury Auto Mall family?
Paul: I've been with the organization for 2.5 years.
Q: What is the nicest thing about working at the Luxury Auto Mall?
P: I'm surrounded with quality people here. My coworkers and my clients are friends. Several of us play golf together. We treat our customers like family.
Q: How is BMW different than other luxury brands?
P: I think BMW is truly a "driver's car." Our clients really value the sporty performance that BMWs offer, and the way they handle on the road.
Q: What is your favorite model in the new lineup of BMWs and why?
P: That's a tough one! I'd have to say that my current favorite is the 6 Series. It's really a unique and beautiful machine, and it comes in coupe (2 doors), gran coupe (4 doors), or convertible.
Q: What should first-time visitors know about the Luxury Auto Mall?
P: I think our customers choose us because we offer a true luxury experience to go along with the vehicle. The experience of visiting our store is unlike anything you're going to get at other Sioux Falls dealerships.
We want to keep our customers for life, and it reflects in everything we do. It's just a nice place to do business. Many of my customers have become friends.
I would also tell them that although our vehicles are "luxury" brands, they are more affordable than they might think. In reality, we have BMWs for almost any budget.
Q: What are you looking forward to in 2017?
P: BMW has some exciting new models coming next year, including the redesigned 5 Series sedan, which will inherit some of the technology and luxury of the 7 Series. I'm also looking forward to the all-new X7, which will be a larger 7-seat sport activity vehicle (SAV).
Q: What do you like to do in your free time?
P: I love to spend time with my three kids. I also attend a lot of Stampede hockey games in the winter. My daughters are big country music fans, so we also try to visit the Premier Center whenever there's a country concert in town.
