Today, we'd like to introduce you to Missy Collison, our Receptionist and Warranty Administrator here at our store on W. 12th Street.

Q: How long have you been part of the Luxury Auto Mall family?
M: I've been on the team here for 4 years now.
Q: What is the best part of working at the Luxury Auto Mall?
M: Our team is really great at working together for our clients. We have a nice positive environment, and our management group is very helpful.
Q: What does a typical workday look like for you?
M: I actually have a few different "jobs" here. I'm primarily a cashier for our clients, but I'm also answering the phones as a receptionist, scanning documents for our sales team, and helping our clients with warranty claims.
Q: How is the Luxury Auto Mall different from other auto dealers in Sioux Falls?
M: As I said before, we have a really great team dynamic, and we go above and beyond to take care of customers. We make sure things get done the way they're supposed to get done. Communication is key.
Q: What should first-time visitors know about the Luxury Auto Mall?
M: Well, we get a lot of questions about our location. The signs on 12th Street don't say "Luxury Auto Mall" because of branding rules set up by our name brands. First-time visitors should know that all three of our franchises are located in one building. Just turn at the Mercedes-Benz of Sioux Falls sign right next to I-29 on W. 12th Street.
It's also important to note that we're open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and we're closed on Sunday.
Another thing that get a lot of comments about is that we have a very nice environment here. Our visitors aren't pushed into cars or service that they don't need or want. Our sales and service teams also work hard to clarify your options so there aren't any surprises.
Q: What kind of car do you drive?
M: I recently purchased a Nice Care pre-owned Honda CRV from our store, and I love it. I had a great sales experience.
Q: What do you like to do in your free time?
M: I enjoy going to wine and canvas events here in Sioux Falls. I also do a lot of movie nights with friends.
