Question 1: How long have you been with Nice Express Services?
Lacey: I've been on this team for about a year and a half now.
Question 2: What do you like about working here?
Lacey: I really enjoy working with customers. It's fun to meet new people and to be able to help them out. I also like it because we work on a wide variety of makes and models. People might think that – just because we're located at the Luxury Auto Mall – we only work on "luxury" brands, but it's not that way. We work on anything, and our prices are very competitive.
Question 3: What makes Nice Express Services stand out from other Sioux Falls Quick Lubes?
Lacey: Even though we work very efficiently here, we do a thorough job. Our team takes pride in going above expectations. For example, our team checks your tires and does a 21-point inspection free of charge with every service.
Question 4: What do you do in your free time?
Lacey: I really enjoy spending time outdoors, crafting, and listening to music. I also spend a lot of time with my daughter.
Question 5: What do you drive?
Lacey: I drive a 2015 BMW 320i and I love it.
