It’s time for another #MeetUsMonday at the Luxury Auto Mall of Sioux Falls! This Monday, we’d like you to meet Tina, a Service Advisor who always makes her customers a priority.

Question 1: What do you drive?
Tina: I drive a 2014 Mercedes C300 sedan.
 
Question 2: How long have you been a part of the Luxury Auto Mall team?
Tina: Almost two years, or about 22 months.
 
Question 3: What do you do in your free time?
Tina: I spend time with my family and my nieces and work out. We go camping a lot - usually to the black hills.
 
Question 4: The tagline is “Nice. Just ask around.” What does that mean to you?
Tina: It’s the reputation of the dealership. We strive to have the best prices, service, and accommodations for our customers.
 
Question 5: What is the best part of your role at Luxury Auto Mall?
Tina: Helping people. I feel like a lot of people, when they bring their car in, that they’re nervous they have to spend a lot of money. It’s the unknown. They panic because their light is on, but I get to calm them down and make them feel better. Anything that I can do to make them feel better and assure them that it’s going to be okay I do.
 
Question 6: What makes the service at Luxury Auto Mall stand out?
Tina: We go out of our way to help customers. We provide loaner vehicles when we can. I go above and beyond to explain repairs, and I try to really explain what’s going on with their car. Their cars are very important to them, and we also make sure their vehicle looks good. Our goal is to make sure it looks better leaving than it did coming in.
