
It's time for another #MeetUsMonday at the Luxury Auto Mall of Sioux Falls! This Monday, we'd like you to meet Sarah, a Receptionist/Cashier who helps clientele in all corners of our business.

Question 1: How long have you been a part of the Luxury team?
Sarah: I've been here for nearly 4 years already. It's been great!
Question 2: What do you like about working in your role at the dealership?
Sarah: As a receptionist and cashier, I get to work on a variety of tasks every day here. I spend a lot of time answering the phone, but I also get to help our sales team with financial paperwork. I even get to make cookies for our customer lounges.
Question 3: The store's motto is "Nice. Just ask around." Why is the Luxury Auto Mall such a nice place?
Our team really has a family attitude here. For me, it's not just a job. Our team really cares about you and what you do. We treat our customers the same way. Our managers know that if you keep your team happy, you're enabling them to keep our customers happy. There's always a friendly face here to help you without putting pressure on you. For me, that's what "Nice. Just ask around." is all about.
Question 4: Tell us about yourself. What keeps you happy?
My husband Ryan and I have been happily married for 13 years and we have three boys (12, 9 and 6). I also do photography on the side for friends and family.
Question 5: How would you describe the Luxury Auto Mall to someone who has never been here before?
Many of our visitors don't realize that we have three unique brands with three storefronts under one roof here. Even though we have several doors, you can't pick the wrong one. All of our team is ready to help you find the right vehicle, service, or person. Our reception team rotates between all three stores (Cadillac, Mercedes-Benz and BMW), and we know all of the employees here by name. It's one big building with one nice team who is ready to help you no matter which door you walk through.
