It's time for another #MeetUsMonday at the Luxury Auto Mall of Sioux Falls! This Monday, we'd like you to meet Richard, a Service Advisor who helps clientele with their service needs.

Question 1: How long have you been a part of the Luxury team?
 
Richard: I will have been here a year in May. I started in May 2015. 
 
Question 2: What do you do on a typical day? 
 
Richard: As service advisor for Cadillac, I take phone calls, greet service clients, write service orders, provide clients with repair estimates, and get clients back into their vehicles. Essentially, I ensure that all work is completed to a high level of satisfaction for the client.
 
Question 3: What is the best part of your role at Luxury Auto Mall?
 
Richard: I receive good support from fellow employees and enjoy taking care of our clients and making sure their vehicles are running like they expect them to.
 
Question 3: The store's motto is "Nice. Just ask around." Why is the Luxury Auto Mall such a nice place?
 
Richard: We’re friendly and very accommodating and do what is necessary to take care of the clientele. 
 
Question 4: What makes the service at Luxury Auto Mall stand out?
 
Richard: We have ASE certified technicians that are very capable of repairs on Cadillac and other GM vehicles that come through our Cadillac service department at Luxury Auto Mall. Our clients know the quality of work they'll receive is excellent.  
 
Question 5: Tell us about yourself. What keeps you happy?
 
Richard: I like to golf and am a very avid sports fan. I am a huge fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes, so I enjoy taking in their events.
