Question 1: How long have you been on the Luxury Auto Mall team?
Trey: I've been here for about one-and-a-half years now, and it's been a great experience so far.
Question 2: The tagline for the Luxury Auto Mall is "Nice. Just ask around." From your perspective, what makes it so "nice?"
Trey: It truly is a great place to work and to visit. Everyone on our team is focused on putting the customers first. We're geared towards offering the best options for everyone who comes here.
Question 3: How does your role as Finance Advisor fit into the "nice" customer experience?
Trey: As a Finance Advisor, I sit down with the customer at the salesperson's desk and present them with the best options for leasing or financing if needed. I also recommend any applicable aftermarket products. Our team customizes the offerings to fit the person's needs and we put all of the options up-front and in writing. Our customers all see exactly what their payments will be and we work hard to find financial solutions that work today and in the future.
Question 4: What do you drive?
Trey: I drive a 2015 BMW 335xi and I love it. It has a great, sporty performance.
Question 5: What do you do in your free time?
I live in Sioux Falls with my wife. We love to spend time hanging out with our two dogs. I also golf and play guitar in a local life group here in town.
