Carol Morken, Master Certified Sales Consultant
Question 1: How long have you been on the Luxury Auto Mall team?
Carol: I've been here for five years - since we opened - and have worked for BMW since 1997 and Mercedes since 2003.
Question 2: The tagline for the Luxury Auto Mall is "Nice. Just ask around." From your perspective, what makes it so "nice?"
Carol: We have a relaxed atmosphere for shopping. We’re about selling cars, but we’re more about helping our clients feel relaxed and finding the right car.
Question 3: How does your role as Master Certified Sales Consultant fit into the "Nice" customer experience?
Carol: I take care of clients through the process of their ownership. It’s not just about the today sale -- it’s about the life experience with them and a lifetime commitment from me to them. Some clients have been letting me help them with their vehicle shopping for more than 20 years. My goal is to match the right client to the right car.
Question 4: What do you like about working at Luxury Auto Mall?
Carol: I enjoy our work atmosphere and our philosophy of business and how we take care of our clients.
Question 5: What do you do in your free time?
Carol: I live in Sioux Falls and love spending time my extended family including my husband, grandkids and the rest of my extended family. I also enjoy traveling.
Ashlie Moore, Executive Sales Assistant
Question 1: How long have you been on the Luxury Auto Mall team?
Ashlie: For just over a year.
Question 2: The tagline for the Luxury Auto Mall is "Nice. Just ask around." From your perspective, what makes it so "nice?"
Ashlie: We accommodate all of our clients needs and make them feel at home in our store, which is a no-pressure environment.
Question 3: How does your role as Executive Sales Assistant fit into the "Nice" customer experience?
Ashlie: I work with clients to make sure they find the vehicle they are looking for, from first-time clients to those who have been with us for several years. As a team, we listen carefully to the unique wants and needs of our clients and tailor their experience in selecting a new vehicle accordingly. We ensure that our customers know there is always someone here to take care of them and their vehicle when they need it.
Question 4: What do you like about working at Luxury Auto Mall?
Ashlie: It’s great to be part of such a positive and motivating atmosphere. Knowing that we are such a close-knit team, it’s fun to watch our brands and dealership as a whole continuously grow and improve.
Question 5: What do you do in your free time?
Ashlie: I live in Sioux Falls and enjoy spending time with my family. We are restoring an old house together. I also enjoy playing sports, live music, and hanging out with my new dog, a Teddy Bear Puppy.
