Today, we'd like to introduce you to Martha Banik, our Reception and Cashier Supervisor here at the Luxury Auto Mall of Sioux Falls on W. 12th Street.

Question: How long have you been part of the Luxury Auto Mall family?
Martha: I've been here since 2010.
Q: What is the nicest thing about working at the Luxury Auto Mall?
M: I really enjoy meeting new people here, and I also enjoy our team. I'd say the spirit that we have inside our store is great. We're kind of like a family and we're pretty close-knit. We make sure everything goes smoothly for our customers.
Q: How is the Luxury Auto Mall different than other dealerships in Sioux Falls?
M: Besides our vehicles, we take very good care of people when they come here. I think people really notice the friendliness. We also care about the details. We get a lot of comments from people about our free cookies in the customer lounges. I think people who come in realize what makes us stand out.
Q: Are you a Luxury Auto Mall customer? What do you drive?
M: My husband [Gavin] and I both are! We have a Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedan and also an M-Class [which now known as the GLE-Class] SUV. We love them both.
Q: How do you spend your free time?
M: When I'm not at work I enjoy yardwork, baking, card making, and spending time with my family.
Q: What should first-time visitors know about the Luxury Auto Mall?
M: I think they should know that they'll see some friendly faces and they'll also be considered a friend.
